The submission system is quite complex. According to the Guide for Authors, you need to prepare a Cover Letter, which includes a requirement that a novelty statement must be included. However, you also need to separately submit a Novelty statement. In the subsequent steps, there is a questionnaire that includes 4 questions about the novelty statement, resulting in a lot of repetition. Additionally, the submission system only accepts Latex if all figures and attachments are in the same directory, but the official Latex template includes subdirectories, so some modifications are necessary.
