Originally submitted to The Visual Computer, I was asked to modify the title, abstract, and include references from this journal. After much effort, my submission was rejected and I was advised to submit to Machine Vision and Applications. I have been waiting for a month with the editor, and today I sent a reminder email only to be rejected within half an hour. Did they really take the time to carefully review my submission? Authors should choose where to submit their work carefully.
