Change to a different email address, the school email really doesn't work, as long as there is Chinese it will be considered as spam.

It felt like two months had passed, so I sent an email to ask about the review results and the editor responded quickly. The editor is incredibly nice and almost always replies on the same day.

The review process is very fast now, and it's possible that the review comments have already come back, but the editor-in-chief is unable to keep up. I usually send an email to inquire after about two months, and then the editor-in-chief quickly sends back the review comments.
