The manuscript was under review for 7 months and got rejected without any comments from the reviewers. It feels like it was rejected by the editor, even though the submission system still shows it as under review. I want to publish my article quickly and avoid any further setbacks.

Provide some DP, reviewing for this journal, have reviewed four articles so far, feel like this journal is all about the speed of the academic editor. The articles I reviewed were all submitted within a month, reviewed by the reviewers in two weeks, and then given six months for revision. It seems that the reviewers of this journal have high requirements. I even thought I was reviewing for an immunity journal after reading some other reviewers' comments.
