Surprisingly, it was reviewed and completed within another half a month, and the status changed to Reviews Completed. Is this a sign of rejection? I am worried. Can someone with experience explain?

Sorry for the late response as I haven't been here for a long time. I received the revised comments on December 13th. It wasn't until March 11th that I sent the revised version back. It took three months for the revision

Reviewer assigned and under reviewer are they the same thing? My article entered reviewer assigned four days after submission and has been stuck here for almost a month, with only one date change in between. Baidu says this means that a reviewer has been invited but has not yet accepted the invitation to review
