Agricultural Science Institute, published on Jan 2, 2017::Research direction: Plant Genetic Engineering;; Acceptance rate: about 25% Review time: about 1 month. Submitted one in December, the status changed to Associate Editor assigned - awaiting reviewer selection, should have passed the initial review, getting ready to select reviewers. But today, saw that it was rejected! Confused and frustrated!

After more than three months of revisions (with experimental responses added one by one), the article was resubmitted. The result was accepted directly one and a half months later. Overall, I feel that the journal review process is responsible, the journal quality and impact factor are improving year by year, making it one of the few high-level journals in the field of plant biotechnology
