How long  does the journal stay in the "with editor" status typically?

The 4th paper of this journal was submitted by the end of September 2022, revised in early December, revised again by the end of December, and accepted in mid-January. It was only revised once, so the process was relatively fast (compared to the previous three times during the period of 2018-2019, which took 4 months, 11 months, and 9 months respectively). The impact factor of this journal has been steadily increasing in recent years. Four or five years ago, it was in the 2nd or 3rd quartile for a long time, but in recent years, it has been in the top quartile in JCR rankings. It has also moved from the 4th quartile to the 3rd quartile in the Chinese Academy of Sciences rankings. The journal has a good reputation and is much stronger than those open-access public health journals. The acceptance rate is moderate at 15% to 20%, and most importantly, there are no publication fees. In recent years, there has been a reform in the length of articles with a reduction in the word limit, which is not good news for social science researchers who are used to writing lengthy literature reviews
