I submitted to this journal for the first time just to give it a try. It was reviewed within a week by 7 reviewers who provided 74 comments. I added a lot of experiments and replied with several pages of explanations. The editor did not reject the manuscript because of its lack of fame. I personally think that the reviewers were very rigorous and meticulous, which significantly improved the overall quality of the manuscript. My personal opinions may not be correct, so please take them with a grain of salt
