According to the current exchange rate, the layout fee is over thirty thousand. It seems like the editors took a vacation in July and August, with no news at all. Because it is a semi-annual publication, it has been almost four months waiting for online publication, and it is still in the proofing stage. In short, it was submitted as a second-tier journal, but when accepted, it was downgraded to a third-tier journal. It's really not very cost-effective.
