Overall, the speed of peer review depends on luck. One reviewer delayed for several months before returning the review, and then the editor took another month or two to process it. However, the assistant editors of the journal are very helpful and actively push forward the progress of the paper. The overall luck of the paper is not very good, but there is nothing we can do.
