Here is an excerpt from the review process published by the editor: "After receiving the manuscript, the editor will send a blind review version without author information to 2-3 experts for initial review; after the initial review is passed, the manuscript will be sent to external review by colleagues. The journal treats all manuscripts, whether solicited, editorial board manuscripts or academic contributions, equally, strictly implementing the blind review process, rigorously screening, and resolutely rejecting any manuscripts that do not meet quality requirements." It can be seen that all manuscripts must first delete author information for internal review, and can only be sent for external review after passing internal review, which takes about 1 week. Due to the small number of articles included and the large number of submissions, many manuscripts will be screened out during the internal review stage. Personal submission experience feels that the journal is fair and does not discriminate against smaller institutions.
