This journal can be hyped up to a top-tier level. The approach is exactly the same as the previous Gondwana. It's a work by the editor-in-chief, and the expected route is similar to GR. The reputation is not good, and people in the industry probably don't consider it as a top-tier journal. Just publish one article as a symbolic gesture. It's better to publish in GR instead. After all, it has been whitewashed for several years.
