No template, just normal format is fine, not ten pages either, as their recent articles have been quite lengthy.

How is the submission of 10 pages defined? Do they have a submission template? I am thinking of submitting an article recently, but there are quite a few pictures, which seems difficult to control within 10 pages. I have seen articles published online with almost 20 pages.
