Reviewer 1 only gave a brief evaluation, which was unclear, so an additional set of experimental results using a dataset was added to the appendix, along with a lengthy response.

This article took a year and a half to complete, with many twists and turns along the way. There were moments when giving up seemed like the only option, but thanks to the encouragement from the supervisor, the author persevered and eventually succeeded.

I started submitting manuscripts in March 2025, but they were rejected by NMI, SD, and MATTER. In September 2025, I resubmitted to NPJ. In March 2026, I received major revisions with feedback from four reviewers: three highly positive and one with brief comments. There were nearly 30 comments in total, and I only had 15 days to make revisions. In April 2026, I was asked to adjust the formatting. In May 2026, the revised manuscript was accepted for publication.

Thinking that what I was doing was machine learning potential energy, it should be more suitable for NPJ CM.
