Three reviewers, two minor revisions, one rejection. When I saw the comments from the reviewer who rejected it, my heart sank because he used Chinese quotation marks. This reviewer is also very unprofessional, picking out errors just for the sake of it. As expected, after reevaluation, the other reviewers accepted it, but this Chinese reviewer still rejected it and put forward some very unfounded opinions.
