This journal has a long submission process in pharmacology and medicine. It took me 8 months from submission to acceptance, during which the reviewers requested WB3 repeated experiments. The reviewers' questions were very professional, and it took me an additional 3-4 months to conduct the supplementary experiments. You were lucky to be accepted directly in 3 months, but not everyone is as lucky as you when submitting to this journal.
