However, I made sure to handle this after the submission (during the technical review stage). All materials were prepared according to the official website requirements before submission. Therefore, I only waited for over a month during the technical review stage (possibly due to a large number of submissions). The manuscript was then passed on to the editor without being returned for revisions, and the editor decided to send it for review.

Submitted in mid-August, the technical review took a month, the process was slow, the early technical review stage did not count towards the submission time, only after the manuscript number was assigned, the system displayed it as the submission time.
Submitted for review in early October, 16 reviewers were invited, 4 accepted.
Review comments returned in mid-November, made appropriate revisions.
Sent back for re-review at the end of December, two reviewers accepted.
Second review ended at the end of January, editor decision, accepted.
Overall, perhaps there are too many submissions, editors are overwhelmed, but the review speed is faster compared to NC starting six months ago; default double-blind review, unlike some journals, with a big team's plan B; page charges are not low, but still less compared to NC, AS; current IF steadily improving, manuscript quality also increasing, especially the 23rd time entering zone 1, many are still watching, 25 steadily in zone 1, it will probably be even harder to submit in the future.

The initial technical review lasted for 3 months, during which there were several contacts for formatting modifications. Half a month after submission, feedback on the manuscript was received from four reviewers, all of whom suggested minor revisions. After resubmitting within 20 days, the manuscript was accepted in less than a month. It was edited the same night it was accepted, with a 48-hour deadline for revisions. The article was submitted for publication fees 2 days later and was online on the 3rd day. Overall, the initial process took longer, but subsequent steps were very prompt. The journal has a high impact factor and offers excellent value for money. It is a reliable journal for those about to graduate. Highly recommended!
