Terrible! Colleagues who are considering submitting should reconsider. The editorial team procrastinated and delayed, resulting in two additional revisions and wasting a month. When it finally went for review, only 5 reviewers were contacted, none of whom accepted the submission - it was rejected! It's so difficult to find reviewers now, many journals have to contact more than five for the first round. It's really a waste of time.
