Did anyone submit a manuscript before the Chinese New Year? I submitted mine on January 27th, and it has been under review since January 29th (New Year's Eve) until today, February 11th.

I heard that this journal's first review process takes two weeks. I'm not sure if the editors and reviewers are Chinese. Do they not work during the Chinese New Year holidays?
