The manuscript was submitted in early February 2025 and accepted on June 11th. Each round of review was completed within 2 months, and after one major revision and one minor revision, it was successfully accepted.

Initial review: There were a total of six reviewers, including the Associate Editor, with approximately 30 comments.

Second review: Three reviewers accepted the manuscript, two requested minor revisions, and after the revisions, an additional reviewer was added. Fortunately, the manuscript was directly accepted.

Many people in the building are saying that the review process is very slow now, possibly because the editor is controlling the review speed. I think my first review took a total of one and a half months, and now resubmitting for review in 10 days might be considered fast.

Sharing a complete submission experience and submission timeline:

First submission:
Submit 2023-05-12;
Omitting the middle process, first review took 7 months, with 3 AE changes (inquired via email), finally smoothly reviewed;
Reject & Resubmit 2023-12-27.
Reject and resubmit: Return time between 3 months and 12 months, seems to only be able to return within this time frame, 3 reviewers recognize research direction, compensate for innovation points, add methodology.

Second submission:
Resubmit 2024-10-24;
Major Revision 2025-03-08;
2 reviewers and area AE, supplementing case studies and detail issues;
Accept 2025-05-13;
Apart from the initial setbacks in the first submission, the second submission went more smoothly, and the submission time was also relatively normal.

The submission was accepted after one major revision, with a total duration of about 6 months. 
Submitted in early December 2024
Major revision in early March 2025
Submitted major revision in early April 2025
Accepted in mid-May 2025.
After two months of submission, an email was sent to the ADM, who responded that it was overdue and helped to expedite. The first round had four reviewers. The time for the first round and awaiting AE recommendation during major revision was slightly longer (a few weeks), possibly because the AE was busy. However, AreaE and EIC were very quick, progressing in just a few days. Thanks to the reviewers and editors for their timely handling.
