Submit in mid-September 2026 (it is best to use a school email, otherwise it will take half a month to change the email), receive revision comments in mid-December (specific times for UR, RRC, and DIP are not remembered), revise by the end of December, WE—>UR—>RRC in January 2027, DIP from February 3 to March 3, and finally accepted. Personal experience: Once the journal decides to review, external reviewers will return comments in about 2 weeks, but the editors will take about 20-30 days to process. This journal’s quality has significantly declined. Editors struggle to assign reviewers with appropriate expertise. My editor basically invites new reviewers every 1-2 weeks, adding 2-3 new reviewers each time, with one instance adding 6 new reviewers. It wasn't until about 50 days into the process that a reviewer finally accepted the review.
