Submitted in early 2025, reviewed by 2+ reviewers, the third reviewer was slow to accept the review. The first round of results came out at the end of March, requiring major revisions. Returned for revisions in late April, and the reviewer took another half a month to accept the review. Finally completed the review in early June, edited by DIP for a week, and ultimately accepted. I wrote an email to the editor-in-chief, saying that if these editors are unwilling or do not have time to handle the manuscripts, they should all be replaced, instead of hogging the toilet without shitting. It's really frustrating.

The current DIP status being stagnant for a long time does not necessarily mean rejection, it could also mean:
- Under discussion for acceptance;
- Waiting for editor-in-chief's approval;
- System delay in updating, etc.

The review speed is really slow. What are these editors doing? If they are not willing to handle manuscripts, they shouldn't be AEs. For example, my boss is an IEEE editor and spends half an hour every day at a fixed time processing manuscripts, which is very efficient and timely.
