It took close to five months, the first round of review was slow, but the process sped up if the reviewers did not delay. The main issue was that both times for revision, the reviewers did not accept the revisions. It was also a challenge to be accepted before graduation. I wish everyone success in getting their desired journals accepted.

The first submission was made on August 6th last year. The entire submission process lasted for 260 days.
The middle date was changed twice between the 2025.8.6 submit & with editor.
It was under review on October 6, 2025 (exactly 2 months after submission).
Major revision was requested on December 30, 2025. There were 4 reviewers, with 20 days given for revisions. Due to concerns of running out of time, customer service was contacted to extend the submission deadline.
R1 was submitted on February 5, 2026.
It was under review again on February 7, 2026.
Another major revision was requested on March 12, 2026. Reviewer 1 accepted, while reviewers 2 and 3 had no objections. Reviewer 4 did not accept the revision, and a new reviewer, 5, provided 4 comments (1 on formatting, 3 queries, seemed unfamiliar with the subject matter, with some unusual questions).
R2 was submitted on March 18, 2026.
On March 20, the status was 1/1/0.
On April 4, it was 4/1/0.
On April 6, it was 4/3/0.
On April 12, it was 4/3/1, then later reverted back to under review.
On April 20, it was 4/3/2, with the status of RRC.
Finally, on April 23, it was accepted.
