2024-10-30 15:24:37 評論於 The first submission experience was also an eye-opener. The first review took 3 and a half months, with 14 comments on the revised manuscript. The comments were all good, and I replied seriously. The second review was held by the editor for over 20 days before being rejected without sending it to the reviewers.
