However, the journal directly rejects the manuscript without giving a chance for revisions. I really don't understand, what should be done in this situation? Can any expert offer some advice?

The editor's approval of your paper depends on how the third reviewer responds. Generally, as long as the paper is not terribly written, I will give it a chance for revision and acceptance in this journal.
