I have been waiting for a long time since I submitted my paper in February. I have been looking for reviewers all this time, and finally found four reviewers to accept the review. However, only two of them completed the review, and the editor directly gave feedback, rejecting the paper. The feedback was quite constructive. Now there is a new editor in charge, so submitting a paper requires caution as the review process can be very lengthy.

Top journals in the industrial field rarely have a higher Impact Factor, so there are many submissions. From personal experience, if the topic is niche, it is easy to encounter a shortage of reviewers. Fortunately, I submitted a paper in January 2024, and received a quick response from the reviewers.
