It took 9 months from preparation to submission of the manuscript, and the review process went surprisingly smoothly. It felt like a stroke of luck as the efficiency of the reviewers and editors was incredibly impressive. It was the fastest and smoothest experience in submitting to a top journal, as previous papers in top-tier journals usually took at least a year.

Submitted in July 21st, received the first review result in March 22nd, underwent major revisions once, and was finally accepted in August. The journal is a good one, but the speed is too slow.
