I resubmitted my rejected manuscript after the first review, and then placed the response letter in the "changed track" in the new system. After submission, only my modified manuscript was displayed in the old version of the system, and the response letter was not seen. I wanted to ask if anyone else experienced the same issue.

Basically, I didn't have to wait long for each round, and all three reviewers were quite friendly. Although they raised some tricky questions, they were fair and carefully edited, not making it too difficult for you. I can only say that compared to some irresponsible reviewers in TNNLS and TCYB who directly reject submissions, the reviewers here are much better... (Can't help but complain about TNNLS and TCYB again, just a special issue for the inner circle)
Overall, the submission experience was good, with good value for money. Hopefully, in the next three years, we can see TNES promoted to a top-tier journal.

Minor revisions in late November, returning in early December;
Acceptance in early January.
Overall, the review process was average in terms of time, slightly longer than for Tnet submissions in the past.

The editor was friendly and provided a lot of feedback. Additionally, there were comments from three reviewers.
