The NT journal, I advise everyone not to submit if you don't have connections.
Four rounds in two years, each round changing reviewers, even after two rounds of minor revisions.
The final round was completely AI reviewed (100% AI on 4 websites), the reviewer didn't even read the paper and just picked out a bunch of grammar issues to reject it. 
The reviewers had almost no major comments after two rounds of minor revisions.
