This journal is actually not slow, it's quite fast. The main reason is that a new chief editor took office at the beginning of the year, so there is a transitional period. But once submitted, the review process is very fast. I received feedback from five reviewers within 18 days, but the new chief editor has been slow in handling them, indicating that the new chief editor is a bit slow, haha.
