Computer-aided medical image processing, from submission to acceptance, took a full six months. It took twenty days for the first round of revisions based on feedback from online users, and it is truly admirable to receive acceptance after three months.

2025.04.18 First round of revision feedback, with two reviewer comments.
2025.05.03 Resubmitted, in addition to addressing revision comments, also added graphical abstracts and uploaded individual figures separately. The revised manuscript was submitted without revision marks.
2025.05.30 Second round of revision feedback, with one reviewer feeling that some issues from the first response had not been adequately resolved.

2025.06.25 Pre-acceptance, formatting modifications made according to the so-called START guidelines.

Submitted on 2025.01.06, under review for about a week, and still under review until 2025.02.20. I can't find any information on Elsevier using the manuscript number. Does anyone know what's going on? It seems like everyone else is making progress quickly.
