I submitted in February, and basically received invitations for five rounds, nearly thirty in total. In the end, three people accepted the review, which was completed by the end of May. RRC waited another half a month. However, my classmates submitted in early June, and three days later, nine people were invited, with three directly accepting the review. Acceptance of the review seems to be a matter of luck and direction, as it feels like some directions are not favored for review.
