The first submission was made in June 1994, and from submission to acceptance took less than 2 months, which was very efficient. However, on November 18th, I submitted again and to my surprise, it has been over 4 months without any feedback or revision suggestions. On February 28th, 1995, it showed "Required Reviews Completed" but it has been almost a month and still no news. I have sent two emails to follow up, and although I received responses, there has been no action taken. This efficiency is truly speechless!
