Received a revision email, which explicitly stated "please log in as an author at https://www.editorialmanager.com/csite/, and navigate to the "Submissions Needing Revision" folder." However, after logging into their system, all options show zero. I have sent an email inquiring about this but have not received a response yet. I am sure I am not using the wrong account. Has anyone encountered this situation before? Is there a way to contact their editors? Please help.

Later, three more experts were sent, and their feedback was received on January 11, 2026. One of them suggested rejection, so the editor requested a major revision. The revised draft was returned on January 16 and was then sent to four additional experts. Finally, on March 6, the paper was accepted. The process was indeed longer than other journals, but the editor was thorough, and the journal is still very good.
