The submission was made on February 3rd, 26 years ago, and it was still under review until April 29th, almost 90 days. During this period, I contacted the official 5 times, including withdrawal letters, but did not receive any response, not even a single sentence.

On April 30th, the journal manager intervened, and the status changed to "under review", but then there was no movement, still showing 2 reviewers, 0 accepted. On May 25th, I contacted the journal manager, who clearly told me that the handling editor had completed the evaluation and was waiting for the editor-in-chief to make a decision, asking me to wait. Although I still saw 0 reviewers accepted, I thought it was an internal process of the journal, so I continued to wait.

On June 22nd, I couldn't bear it anymore, so I contacted the journal manager, who surprisingly replied that they had not been able to find reviewers and would expedite the review process. I replied with the final withdrawal notice.

This journal is a mess, completely unprofessional.
