Submitted a bizarre experience once, the first time I saw RA-L review lasted for 11 months. 
- Submitted on October 8, 2025, it has been in the review stage all the time, and two reminders were sent in the middle with no response. 
- On September 10, 2026, a rejection notice was given, and the reason given by the EiC was that it was too difficult to find reviewers for this paper, and based on the opinion of the only reviewer (negative), a rejection was given. 
It's really unbelievable that a paper on the main body and control method of quadruped robots cannot find reviewers in this journal, and the reminders are not replied to or processed. This journal is really impressive now.
