The current processing is very slow. Most submissions are overdue by more than a month. There will definitely be results by July 15th. I resubmitted on March 18th (due on April 15th) and was only accepted on May 27th. However, it is strange that articles published by RAL recently are mostly submissions from January and February, around the same time as mine.
