The rejection is from reviewer #1, who said there is no innovation. This opinion was also shared in the first round of revisions, indicating that he is still not satisfied. Although he provided 18 comments in the first round, his feedback in the second round was: "The authors have addressed the reviewer's comment in the revised version. It should be realized that the work done by the authors does not show any novelty and is a routine paper in the domain of ******.
