I submitted my paper in early March and received minor revisions from one reviewer at the end of March. The 13 suggestions covered everything from the title to the references, and were very professional and pertinent. I was given one month to make revisions, and submitted the revised paper at the end of April. I received an acceptance letter at the end of May. The review and revision process took only one month each, which I found to be very efficient. Additionally, the journal was originally in the third tier when I submitted my paper, but was promoted to the second tier during the review process. It was a pleasant surprise.

The first review process skips the previous review stage, taking about 40 days. The second review, due to coinciding with the Chinese New Year and the addition of a reviewer (it is difficult to find experts in my research field), takes a little over two months.

The editor-in-chief is very friendly to the Chinese people. There was only one reviewer for the first time, and after revisions, an additional reviewer was added (the journal requires at least two). This year, it has been promoted to the 2nd tier, but it is unclear if the specific review requirements have become stricter.
