The reason why the submission to the Chinese Academy of Sciences district is not useful is because after one week of submission, it shows "with review" for nearly two months. Finally, it was rejected by the journal editor as unsuitable. When asked by email, the reply was that the editor did not send it for review, and after two months, there were no review comments. Friends had previously recommended not to submit, but still stepped on a landmine!!!
