2026-07-02 22:12:35 評論於 The manuscript is about civil engineering education. It was submitted to a Tier 4 journal, but was upgraded to Tier 3 upon acceptance. I wonder how it will change when picked up by WoS that year. 2025-10-15 stj 2025-11-03 ur 2026-01-20 major revise 2026-02-26 resubmit 2026-05-28 minor revise 2026-06-15 resubmit 2026-07-02 accept After the first major revision was submitted, the editor's decision remained stagnant for a full two months.
