Currently, the process seems to be moving quite quickly. The submission was made on April 18th, and it passed the initial review on the same day. On April 20th, it was assigned to an associate editor, who has started inviting reviewers. Now, let's continue to wait.

The speed is really fast! Submitted on January 24th, two reviewers had completed their reviews by February 24th. One gave a score of 4544 and accepted minor revisions, while the other gave a score of 2325 and required major revisions. It took a lot of effort but finally managed to complete the revisions within the 9-day revision period. After submitting, no confirmation email was received, causing some anxiety. However, just a few days later, Reviewer 2 returned with an endorsement, and after another 2 days, it was accepted! Although expensive, and despite warnings about the journal, it is still fast. I have been working on this research for 22 years, and if it wasn't published now, it may never be. Thank you to this journal!

It was not as fast as I had imagined, but the review provided many practical suggestions, which I felt good about. Especially the editor was comfortable to work with, as I didn't have to change the formatting myself.

The submission was made on September 10th and was quickly assigned to an editor. In November, feedback was received from two reviewers (the reviews are not visible, permission from the editor is required to view them). In early December, the third reviewer provided feedback, all three reviewers suggested minor revisions. After the revisions were made, the reviewers agreed to publication, and the next day an acceptance notification was received. The final proofs have been received, but the article has not yet been published online. Additionally, if the publication fee is to be paid by the individual, it is recommended to do so at the bank, using a local card. Overall, the review process was quite fast, perhaps we were lucky, it went very smoothly. On the other hand, another article was rejected just a few days later, possibly due to its relevance to the topic.

I submitted this article in April and it wasn't assigned to an editor until July, so I almost forgot about it. In July, I remembered and wrote to customer service. The customer service representative from India was very nice and explained their process, which involves editors from a pool claiming articles. She mentioned that my topic might not be familiar to everyone, which is why it wasn't claimed initially, and assured me she would urge the section editor to take it on. A day later, the section editor personally claimed the article.

The review process proceeded quickly after that. In mid-August, I received reviewer comments, with minor and major revisions required. By early September, both reviewers endorsed the article. Ten days later, the editor provided additional feedback and gave me five days to make revisions, which I did on time. The article was accepted the following day, and payment was promptly made for publication.

What impressed me the most was the proofreading process. Not only were technical issues addressed (such as citations), but the entire text was polished for language, with numerous word choices and sentence structures revised.

Overall, I feel that the success of Frontier Group is well deserved, with their streamlined processes and excellent technical support. While some editors and reviewers may not be as familiar with certain fields, given the wide scope of topics they cover, I still recommend Frontier Group. Journals with more focused submission themes may offer an even better experience.
