2026-05-13 17:03:06 評論於 I submitted in April this year, but it was not sent for review today (May 13). The response was, "This paper might be more suitable for a specialized journal." The editorial review process took over a month, which is relatively long. However, they recommended transferring to a few journals with waived publication fees, which is a good deal.
