Special issue. It has been nearly 40 days, still "we", and the date has not changed. However, this is not the slowest I have encountered. The slowest I have encountered is TSFC, Technology Forecasting and Social Change, which took nearly 120 days.

The second review process has been going on for almost 10 months now, with one of the reviewers being unreachable. There has been no progress at all. Despite reminders, there has been no invitation for a new reviewer, and the editor has not provided any feedback either.

It is a journal with a very fast turnaround time that I have encountered.

The journal is good, just a bit slow. The peer review process takes over a month to complete, and each round at the editorial office takes at least another month, which is quite frustrating. The second round took over two months, but luckily a decision to accept was made a few days after it started being processed. It seems like the journal is not likely to reject after revisions have been made, so there shouldn't be a problem with accepting it if the revisions are done carefully

Submitted on 10/03, underwent external review on 17th, after four months received two sets of feedback from external reviewers, and was rejected in early January. One reviewer gave constructive feedback with a few suggestions for minor revisions. The other reviewer provided only two somewhat unreasonable methodological comments, leading to rejection by the editor. A rebuttal letter was sent to the editorial office and an email response indicated that the editor had been informed, awaiting further response

Submitted in early October of the 23rd year, external review on the 17th, received two external review opinions until mid-January, one provided good feedback and suggested a few points for modification, and the other gave two absurd and negative opinions before being directly rejected by the editor. Refuting each of the two opinions from external review 2, I wrote a rebuttal letter, replied to the editor with the feedback, and am awaiting a response
