Friend, the deadline has arrived and I cannot convert it to LaTeX. I have uploaded the Word version twice, selecting the LaTeX option, and the system did not show any errors and generated the PDF normally. I checked the content and it seems fine, so I went ahead and uploaded it. It has been three days and it is still in the "Waiting for Evaluation" status. I contacted customer service and they advised me to upload it this way for now. If LaTeX is required, they will send it back for me to re-upload.

This journal seems to have a bad reputation, with generally slow reviews. Many invited reviewers are unwilling to review, or accept the invitation but then do not actually review the manuscript, which is unacceptable. One article submitted has been waiting for review for over three months by a reviewer who has not completed the review, which is like being in the ICU or dead. If you are unwilling to review, you can decline the invitation; accepting the invitation and not reviewing is unacceptable. In addition, the journal editors also seem inadequate, as two emails have been sent with no response. It is exhausting.

Are the editors continuously adding reviewers, or are they the same group as before? Why do the reviewers keep running away after accepting the invitation?
