In March, I published an article, but actually I had submitted another one before that. Recently, I have also made some updates, so I wanted to introduce them to everyone.

I submitted the article at the end of October 2025, which was actually more than a week before the one that was published. At the end of January and the beginning of February 2026 (I can't remember the exact dates, but it was definitely before the Chinese New Year), I underwent a major revision after the first round of reviews. There were 20 comments from two reviewers, with Reviewer 1 questioning the data, which was quite challenging. Reviewer 2 was okay, with seven or eight comments.

Originally, the revised article was supposed to be resubmitted at the end of March, but I was also working on another article and some other projects, so I requested a one-month extension due to the Chinese New Year, and resubmitted it in April.

A few days before the end of May (around May 25th), the article was rejected after the second round of reviews. Reviewer 1 still had some doubts, while Reviewer 2 had no comments.

That's all for now. The process was quite fast, with the first round of reviews taking over three months and the second round taking one month. I hope the journal will continue to improve!

A very pleasant submission experience, I found that most SSCI journal submission experiences on letpub are rare, so I would like to share my experience this time.

I submitted in late October and early November 2025, and entered external review in 1-2 weeks. I contacted more than ten reviewers, and 4 agreed to review. Before Christmas in mid-December, I was suddenly notified of major revisions after the first review. At that time, only feedback from 2 reviewers was returned. If it were the engineering and science journals I often submit to, I would usually wait for feedback from 3 or 4 reviewers before making a decision. I was given 2 months to make revisions, with about 20 comments, including some suggestions for the model.

I resubmitted the revised version at the end of January 2026, and in early February (a little over a week later) I was asked to provide additional materials. After submitting the additional materials around February 10th, I received feedback, with one acceptance and one minor revision, and only a few comments.

After the Chinese New Year, I resubmitted at the end of February and was accepted in early March. The whole process took about 4 months, and it was a very pleasant experience!
