More than a month after submitting, they claimed they couldn't find reviewers and rejected the submission without any room for discussion. The day after submission, I received an email from the editorial department formatted for peer review, but it seems to be an internal review by the editor. Both Wiley and ScholarOne systems show "Under Review", only ADM. How do we know if it has been sent for external review in this situation? (0) 讚！ | ELLENYD |
