I know this, I have encountered it before. When you are trying to revise a submission, the magazine prompts that the email address has not been registered. First, register with the same email address, name, and password as the first submission, then log in to see if you can find the submission record. If you cannot find it, send an email to the editor explaining the situation. He will allow you to resubmit the revised version. Then, the backend will merge the revised submission with the original one.
