Started review process in early June last year, took over a month to find reviewers, then sent emails providing a few reviewers. Another month passed before receiving feedback from one reviewer, the other reviewer who accepted the review did not provide any feedback. Monthly emails were sent requesting withdrawal of the manuscript, and the replies received were all 'Editor requests to wait for the final review'. A total of 7-8 months of emails were sent. Finally, at the end of May this year, the manuscript was agreed to be withdrawn. It wasted nearly a year's time. Everyone should blacklist this journal.
