This journal is indeed slow, be cautious when submitting. Submitted in early August last year, received first review in February this year (DIP probably urged several times during the 3-month period, to no avail), 5 reviewers and editors requested major revisions, with 39 pages of comments returned on April 1st. Still waiting for a decision or review, with no information on when it will be sent for review.
