Be cautious when considering submitting to them. The speed at their house entirely depends on luck. Submitted on April 4th, the editor was assigned in November, and it is still in the same state until now. Sent emails to the chief editor, managing editor, and handling editor, but none of them replied. Only one administrator from Springer said they contacted the editor, but there was no response either. It is extremely frustrating and unclear who they contacted, whether it was the chief editor or someone else.
