Hello, I wanted to ask if I need to respond to the additions or modifications in the cover letter when requesting revisions. This is my second time revising, the first time I made some requests for information to be added and highlighted in the cover letter. This time, I did not request a response in the cover letter. Also, do I need to include shoe size? Can the previous highlights and responses be removed or deleted?

There were two times of revisions and additions of polysaccharide information in between.
There was a major revision with four reviewers, three minor revisions and one major revision, with a total of 28 revision comments.
The second round of revisions was minor, with the first reviewer providing six comments. After the revisions were made, the paper was accepted without further review.

Do polysaccharide information need to have complete structure? I have encountered polysaccharide information, but have not done very detailed polysaccharide structure.

This publication cannot select editors. These two are not familiar, but that Gloria is super abnormal. The reviewer's opinion is not bad, she will find a lot of trouble after rejecting the manuscript from details such as whether the literature is irrelevant. But there is no way to avoid not being able to select editors.

Avoid these two Japanese editors, (1) Hiroshi Kamitakahara (2) Kamihara Hiroshi, these two Japanese devils are pure idiots. They say what I did has nothing to do with carbohydrates, I did nanocellulose, with other modifications, and the result is said to be not compliant. All four reviewers gave approval, but editor Hiroshi Kamitakahara said it did not meet the journal's requirements and rejected it, saying the results were incorrect. He just wanted to reproduce it, holding onto it for over 2 months. He said the electron microscope image of nanocellulose was not taken with TEM, it feels really amateurish, as if TEM couldn't even tell. And I see a few articles that are just blends, mixing TOCNF and PVA together with some additives to make a chemical synthesis and produce an aerogel, with very little data and even questionable health conditions. Pure water journal. He even said it was a chemistry journal, pure idiot.
