The revised manuscript was sent for a second review, which has been taking a month and still no news. It's so slow, this is not the usual pace for this journal.

After the manuscript was revised, the editorial department did not send the revised manuscript back to the reviewers. Instead, it was rejected by the publishing editor directly on the grounds of "small image size." If this was a decisive issue, a decision could have been made at the initial review stage, without requiring the author to invest additional time in revisions. After three weeks of communication, Argue still insisted on maintaining the rejection decision. The entire handling process has made me doubt the professionalism of the editorial department, so I probably will not consider submitting to this journal in the future. The poor performance of the CC may also reflect some management issues.

The same thing happened here, after a minor revision, the manuscript was not sent back to the reviewers for evaluation, and the publishing editor rejected it directly with the reason of "images too small". In that case, they should have just rejected it from the beginning, instead of wasting each other's time.
Argue still insisted on rejecting it after three weeks. The publishing editor is just a master's graduate, and the handling process is not professional at all. I will definitely not submit to this journal again in the future, and the poor performance of the editorial board is not without reason.
